工作职责：
1、操作阿里巴巴平台，负责平台的操作管理和产品信息的发布销售，开展外贸业务；
2、搜集网络上各同行及竞争产品的动态信息，把握市场动态，提交有效的市场分析报告；
3、负责客户询盘，处理订单，跟进订单进度，促成订单达成，保证订单的正常出货；
4、维护客情，提供及时有效的售后服务，保证客户满意度。


1. Operate Alibaba Platform, responsible for platform operation management, product information release and sales, carry out international trades;
2. Search and collect dynamic information of competitors on the internet, clear about the market dynamics, submit effective market analysis report;
3. Responsible for customer negotiation, deal with orders, take control of order follow-up, order facilitation and normal shipment;
4. Keep good relationship with customers, provide effective after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.


任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，商贸英语、国际贸易等相关专业优先；
2、1年以上外贸业务相关领域工作经验；
3、熟悉外贸和订单管理流程，熟悉阿里巴巴平台操作；
4、具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，具有较强的涉外商务谈判能力，责任心和抗压性强，能接受加班；
5、CET-4或同等英文等级水平以上，良好的英语书面及口头表达。

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Business English, International Trade, etc.
2. 1 year working experience in relevant field of International trade;
3. Familiar with international trade and order management process and familiar with Alibaba platform operation;
4. Good communication skills, good team player, strong negotiation ability, good sense of responsibility , can work under pressure;
5.CET-4 or or above level, good written and spoken English.
